Prashanth Neel

Prashanth Neel who is an Indian film director who works in Kannada cinema. He was born in 4 June 1980 in Hassan City, Karnataka, India. He debuted in Kannada cinema with the action-thriller Ugramm(2014), which featured Srii Murali and Hariprriya in the lead roles. A sensational critical and commercial, success, Ugramm’s theatrical run lasted forover a 100 days, and Prashanth won the SIIMA Award for best debut director that year. Besides this, he was also nominated in the best director category at the film fare awards and SIIMA awards for his work in the movie. In 2018, Prashanth made his sophomore directorial outgoing with the Yash starring KGF, which he also wrote. KGF is a complete package in terms of direction, music, artwork and cinematography. Prashanth was involved in every shot, but at the same time, he had complete faith in the team.
